BMI, also known as body mass index, is a value obtained by dividing the weight in kilograms by the square of the height in meters. It is a standard commonly used in the world to measure human obesity, thinness and health. Let’s first say that the BMI of normal adults should be between 18.5-23.9. If it is lower than 22, it means that your weight remains good. If it is lower than 18, it’s too thin. You need to gain weight for your health.
Body moisture rate
Everyone’s body test table has an index of their own body moisture rate, because the appropriate value of each person’s body moisture rate is different, so I won’t use numerical value here.
I don’t know if you often feel dry mouth, dry skin, or feel very dry and hot in the heart and lungs after every run. Even if you drink a lot of water, the effect is still not good. This is caused by the low water rate of the human body.
Then some people will have questions. Since my water content is low, I’ll just drink more water. In fact, it’s not. It involves the problem of muscle quality. You will find that people who exercise regularly and have developed muscles have good skin conditions. Why? Because their muscles often exercise, muscle activity is very good.
Muscle is the place where the human body mainly stores water, protein, inorganic salt and other minerals. Only when the muscle quality and activity are good, it can effectively play its due role. It can store water, protein and inorganic salt and wait for which part of the body needs to be supplemented in time, just like the current high intelligence and high efficiency. And the greater the amount of muscle, the greater the storage space. If a person who doesn’t exercise or even has little activity is like a warehouse whose door has rusted and can’t be opened, the warehouse will lose its function. Even if you often drink water, it just keeps the basic needs of the human body, and then digests it and then excretes it. Even drinking too much water is easy to cause facial edema.
