On May 8, 2022, a customer from the UK contacted me again through WhastAPP. The customer said that he will buy MK677 1kg again. And wants to pay in euros.

On May 10, 2022, we received a payment in our Euro account. After confirming to the UK customer, I immediately arranged for warehouse colleagues to pack the products for the customer. According to the customer’s needs, we adopted the Door-to-Door model of the air freight line. This mode of transportation will have professional customs clearance personnel to clear the product. During the customs clearance process, no information about the customer will be disclosed. After the customs clearance is completed, the courier in the local country will deliver the package to the address provided by the customer.
