Active ingredient :MK-677(Ibutamoren) raw powder.
Fillers: These are inert substances that make the tablet expand. Common fillers include microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), lactose, or dicalcium phosphate. Today we chose dicalcium phosphate.

Accurately weigh the MK-677 powder to get the total number of tablets you want to produce. For example, if you wanted to make 100 25mg tablets, you would need 2.5 grams of MK-677.
Weigh necessary quantities of fillers, adhesives, disintegrants and lubricants. Now we need to calculate the weight of the filler required. The total weight of the filler and excipient is often much greater than the weight of the active ingredient (MK677 raw powder). For example, if we decide to use 300mg of filler and excipient per tablet, the total weight of the tablet is the total weight of mk677 raw powder and filler.
The active ingredient content of each tablet is now 25mg, and the weight of the filler is 300mg/ tablet. Now we are ready to make 100 Mk677 tablets with a content of 25mg. 2.5g mk677 raw powder has been weighed, and the weight of the filler required is 300mg*100 tablets = 3000mg =30g.
Therefore, we need to prepare a total of 30g of dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. The specific distribution is as follows:
Dicalcium phosphate: 28g
Magnesium stearate: 1g
Silica: 1g
Mix the MK-677 powder with the filler to make the mixture even. This ensures that each tablet contains the same amount of active ingredients. Be sure to mix evenly, in addition, the more you make at a time, the smaller the corresponding error.
In this step, you can choose manual mixing, and if you have conditions, you can choose machine mixing. The more evenly mixed, within a certain range, the larger the quantity produced, the smaller the active ingredient error between each piece.
If wet granulation is used, a solvent (such as water or ethanol) is added to the mixture to form particles. This helps the powder bond. After granulation, the mixture is dried.
Dry granulation involves compacting a powder mixture and then grinding it into particles.
Transfer the final mixture to the tablet press. Set up the press to produce the required size and weight tablets, ensuring that each tablet contains 25mg MK-677.
